Alright, any ideas? I got some fresh green beans last week with no game plan in mind. I haven't even checked on them to see if they are still good, but in the slight chance that they are, what should I do with them? I have never really eaten them, so a way to "cover up" the taste lol would be preferred. Any suggestions welcome!
Hope your cooking adventures are going well!

Andrea, I was checking out your blog, which has some really insightful stuff on it, and I noticed this post. Courtney and I bought 10 pounds (yes) of green beans this past summer and I don't think we'll eat them again until next summer.
One great idea is to wrap a handful in foil, add salt, pepper, garlic, and butter or olive oil and then grill them. Depending on how done you want them, cook between 5 - 15 minutes. I found that around 9 - 11 is good for me. Enjoy!
